Cancellation Agreement

This Agreement may be cancelled by Us for

1. Nonpayment of Agreement Fee by You
2. Nonpayment of Service Fee by You
3. Fraud

You may cancel this Agreement at any time for any reason

If you cancel your contract within the first 30 days of your coverage, we'll refund your contract fees minus any service and claims incurred by United Home Warranty
